What is your 14-day money-back guarantee?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions ('Basic', 'Pro', and 'Enterprise'). If you are not satisfied for any reason within your first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. This does not apply to subscription renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "Project"?
A "Project" is typically a single real estate development, site, or building you are managing. For example, "Greenwood Towers" would be one project, and "Oceanview Plots" would be a second project. Each project contains its own inventory of plots, shops, or flats.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. The prices you see are what you pay, plus any applicable taxes like GST. There are no hidden fees or setup costs for our standard plans. The only exception is for 'Enterprise' clients who may request custom onboarding or data migration services, which would be quoted separately.
