tdscity.com is an all-in-one real estate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and business operations software. It's a single platform designed for real estate professionals (agents, brokers, and developers) to manage everything from sales, client transactions, and financials to team management (salary, attendance), project inventory, and reporting.
Who is this software for?
Our platform is built to scale for everyone in the real estate industry:
- Individual Agents: Use the Starter or Basic plan to manage leads, track properties, and automate follow-ups.
- Brokers & Agencies: Use the Pro plan to manage multiple teams, track associate incentives, and get full financial reports.
- Large Developers: Use the Enterprise plan for unlimited projects, unlimited branches, and high-level admin controls over your entire portfolio.
Pricing & Plans
What is your 14-day money-back guarantee?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions ('Basic', 'Pro', and 'Enterprise'). If you are not satisfied for any reason within your first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. This does not apply to subscription renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. The prices you see (₹499/mo for Basic, ₹3,999/mo for Pro) are what you pay, plus any applicable taxes like GST. There are no hidden fees or setup costs for our standard plans. The only exception is for 'Enterprise' clients who may request custom onboarding or data migration services, which would be quoted separately.
What counts as a "Project"?
A "Project" is typically a single real estate development, site, or building you are managing. For example, "Greenwood Towers" would be one project, and "Oceanview Plots" would be a second project. Each project contains its own inventory of plots, shops, or flats.

Do I need to install any software?
No. tdscity.com is a 100% web-based platform (SaaS - Software as a Service). You can access your entire dashboard securely from any device with an internet browser (computer, tablet, or phone).
Can I manage my team's salary and attendance?
Yes. The 'Pro' and 'Enterprise' plans include full Employee Management features, allowing you to track attendance, manage employee profiles, and process salaries directly within the platform.
Is my data secure?
Yes, data security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your financial and client data is secure, confidential, and backed up regularly. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer email and chat support for all plans. Our 'Pro' and 'Enterprise' plans include enhanced support, and the 'Enterprise' plan includes a dedicated account manager and priority support for faster resolution.
