Inventory & sales

What happens if two agents book the same plot?
The moment a token clears the configured threshold, the unit hard-locks across every branch dashboard and agent portal. It can't be booked twice.
Can it handle both plots and flats?
Yes. Projects are either plotted or constructed, and the whole flow adapts — plots with sectors, or towers with floors, units, parking and specifications.
How do receipts and payment types work?
Receipts auto-detect their type — token, part-payment, booking, EMI or closure — and update the agreement and ledger automatically.

MLM & commission

How does the 10-level commission engine work?
You define ranks, levels and award rules once. When a sale qualifies, the engine calculates level, cash, rank and award incentives, deducts TDS, and produces a clean release ledger per associate — automatically.
Does it handle TDS?
Yes. Government TDS is deducted on every release, and netted into each associate's payout balance.
What happens to commission if a booking is cancelled?
Cancellation reverses the chain — commission is clawed back automatically, with or without a refund as configured.

Registry, possession & maintenance

Does the software stop at possession?
No — that's where phase two begins. After possession the unit moves into maintenance: monthly bills, utility metering, leases, name transfers, and gate passes that block move-out on unpaid dues.
Is the maintenance billing GST-compliant?
Yes. Invoices apply GST with the standard ₹7,500 maintenance exemption and your configured late-fee rules, all pro-rata.
We're a builder who only manages — can we skip the sales flow?
Yes. Builder direct handover assigns a unit straight to a resident and starts maintenance, with no token, EMI or commission machinery.

Security & data

Is my data isolated from other companies?
Completely. Every query is bound to your company ID, and the platform was built multi-tenant from day one. One company physically cannot access another's data.
Can agents see my full customer list?
No. The agent portal is a separate session, scoped strictly to an agent's own downline and sales. Role-based access controls everything else.
Can FMC staff see the whole company?
No. A maintenance company's logins are bubble-locked to their own units and the maintenance pages only.

Enterprise onboarding includes guided migration — we import your hierarchy, historical EMI schedules and plot data, then recalculate MLM links so nothing breaks.
