What happens if two agents book the same plot?
The moment a token payment clears the configured threshold, the unit hard-locks across every branch dashboard and agent portal. It can't be booked again — so double-bookings simply can't happen.
How does the 10-level commission engine work?
You define ranks, levels and award rules once. When a sale qualifies, the engine calculates level, cash and rank incentives, deducts government TDS, and produces a clean release ledger per associate — automatically.
Can agents see my full customer master list?
No. The agent portal is a separate session with its own permissions. An agent only ever sees their own downline and their own sales data — never your full CRM.
Does the software stop at possession?
That's where phase two begins. After possession, the unit moves into the maintenance module — monthly bills, utility metering, lease tracking, name transfers, and gate passes that block move-out on unpaid dues.
We run on huge Excel sheets. How hard is migration?
